Fresno State rallied for three wins in singles, but came up just short of completing a second road comeback.
SAN FRANCISCO – The Fresno State women's tennis team lost a 4-3 tough match to the San Francisco Dons at The Olympic Club on Sunday.
Fresno State (4-2) fell behind early by getting beat at the No. 2 and No. 3 doubles positions and couldn't dig out of the hole despite wins in No. 1, No. 2 and No. 5 singles.
The Bulldogs will return to action when Fresno State plays at Cal Poly on Saturday at 1 p.m. PT.
