THE BRACKET
No. 1 Oklahoma State and No. 4 Baylor will compete against each other in the first of two semifinals at the Big 12 championship. No. 2 Fresno State and No. 3 TCU will be the second semifinal matchup on Friday. The winners of the semifinal events will face each other for the title of Big 12 Champion on Saturday. The losers of the semifinal rounds will drop to the consolation bracket and compete for third place on Saturday.

Due to venue size, health protocols and CDC guidelines, the Big 12 Conference members have determined fans will not be permitted at this year's Championship.

THE TEAMS IN THE NATIONAL RANKINGS
All four Big 12 equestrian programs appeared in the latest set of NCEA national team rankings (Mar. 16). Oklahoma State was ranked No. 3, Fresno State checked in at No. 5, TCU was ranked No. 7 and Baylor was No. 10 in the last poll.

QUICK LOOK AT THE 'DOGS
Fresno State finished the season with a 5-3 (2-1 Big 12) mark. Fresno State stayed at No. 5 in the national team rankings for three consecutive weeks, throughout the month of March.

SCOUTING THE CONFERENCE
No. 3-seed TCU - TCU is 5-4 this season. It opened its season with three-straight wins, including a win over one ranked opponent before falling to conference opponent Baylor. The horned frogs finished the regular season with a 2-3 conference record picking up wins against Oklahoma State and Baylor.

No. 1-seed Oklahoma State - OSU closed the regular season 4-1, with a 3-1 Big 12 conference record. The Cowgirls are currently riding a four-meet winning streak dating back to Mar. 6. All four meets were Big 12 opponents, including Fresno State. OSU will be competing for its seventh conference championship in program history.

No. 4-seed Baylor - Baylor is 1-6 on the season, and 1-3 in Big 12 competition on the season. The Bears' lone win was against TCU on Feb. 6. Baylor finished the regular season with five-straight losses. The Bears dropped to No. 10 in the latest NCEA team rankings. Baylor is the conference defending champion after winning the title in 2019.

- The Bulldog western team had a 39-26-7 record this season.
- The Bulldog reining squad leads the way with a 20-13-3 mark.
- The Bulldog horsemanship squad is right behind with a 19-13-4 record.
- Sophomore Bailey Alexander was named the NCEA March Reining Rider of the Month after a 4-1 showing with two MOPs in the month.
- Sophomore Julianne Kelley leads the reining team with an overall record of 6-1-1 this season.
- Junior Kameron Thorn leads the horsemanship team with a 5-3 record.
- Fresno State has won 11 total western MOP's this season - five horsemanship and six reining.
JUMPING SEAT 'DOGS
- The Bulldog jumping seat team had a 28-42-2 record this season.
- The flat team leads the Bulldogs with a 15-20-1 mark.
- The fences group has a 13-22-1 mark on the year.
- Bulldog sophomore Ana Bertozzi was the NCEA Fences Rider of the Month in February after going 2-0 in the month.
- Bertozzi leads the Bulldogs in both events as she has a 6-1-1 mark in the flat and a 5-3 record in the fences.
- Cecily Hayes has the highest flat score of the season with a 94 scored at SMU (Mar. 6).
- Three Bulldogs tie with the highest fences score of 85 this season - Bertozzi, Hailey Livingston and Lizzie Stodden.
- Fresno State has won six total jumping seat MOPs - four fences and two flat.
