'Dogs head to Mountain West Championships

FRESNO, Calif. – Following a month off, Fresno State will compete in the Mountain West Cross Country Championships on Friday morning in Las Vegas, Nevada. Races will start at 9 a.m. PT with the women's 6K, followed by the men's 8K at 10 a.m.
The championships are held at Craig Ranch Regional Park where the Bulldogs opened their shortened spring season. Nine athletes are slated to race for the 'Dogs on Friday, including five who competed during the Feb. 1 meet.

BULLDOGS LINEUP
Fresno State will send a group of nine athletes to Las Vegas for the championships, five men and four women. Competing for the men are Kelly Brewer, Matt Founds, Sam Hawley, Juanathan Reyes and Mohamed Saleh. The women's team will feature Hailey Fernandez, Mia Jauregui, Jewell Jasso and Elena Miezava.
