Fresno State's Carlotta Nonnis Marzano was named the Mountain West Player of the Week and Matilde Magrini was named the MW Freshman of the Week, the conference office announced on April 20, 2022.
This was Nonnis Marzano's first career conference weekly award and this is the fourth conference honor this season for Magrini as the week's top freshman.
