MW releases 2023 all-conference teams

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Fresno State football team had 10 players selected to a 2023 All-Mountain West football team on Tuesday.

Mose Vavao (OL), Levelle Bailey (LB), Devo Bridges (DL), Carlton Johnson (DB) and Morice Norris Jr. (DB) were Fresno State's second team picks.
Erik Brooks (WR), Mikey Keene (QB), Malik Sherrod (RB), Jacob Spomer (OL) and Tre Watson (TE) were honorable mention selections.

The 2023 MW players of the year were highlighted by Boise State's Ashton Jeanty (RB - Offensive), Colorado State's Mohamed Kamara (DL - Defensive) and UNLV's Jose Pizano (K - Special Teams). The Freshman of the Year was UNLV quarterback Jayden Maiava and the 2023 Mountain West Coach of the Year is Rebel head coach Barry Odom.
