'Dogs crack Top 10 in NCEA rankings

WACO, Texas - The National Collegiate Equestrian Association announced its weekly team rankings and Fresno State made its way back into the Top 10, checking in at No. 9 this week.

The Bulldogs earned two wins last weekend, pushing them up into the rankings. Fresno State defeated No. 8 Baylor 13-4 last weekend, securing its first win over a ranked opponent this season. The Bulldogs defeated their first ranked opponent while being an unranked team for the first time under head coach Eric Hubbard last weekend.

Fresno State returns home to host No. 2 TCU in a Big 12 matchup this Friday at 11 a.m. PT. TCU is 7-1 overall this season, with a 2-1 mark in conference competition. TCU's only loss came in a 12-7 defeat at Baylor on Oct. 21.

Parking and admission are free of charge for all Fresno State equestrian meets.
