'Dogs travel south to face San Diego State in quad meet

FRESNO, Calif.- Fresno State swim and dive team takes a journey down south to the Aztec Aquaplex to see hosts San Diego State on Mon. Jan. 8, 2024.Â
BULLDOG BONESÂ
- Fresno State will open 2024 at San Diego State and will see Loyola Marymount and Alaska Fairbanks in the quad meet.Â
- This will be the first meet for a majority of the Bulldogs since the mid-season meet at Utah Tech mid-November.Â
- 'Dogs will see a packed day with 12 events throughout the meet
- A handful of Bulldogs (Aliz Kalmar, Julia Matney and Allie Byrne) will be back for a short course competition after the Almost Heaven Long Course Open in West Virginia.Â
- Fresno State is looking to swim strong against another Mountain West opponent, after beating Nevada earlier this past October
- 'Dogs will face one more Mountain West opponent before championship time at San Jose State
