FRESNO, Calif.- Fresno State women's basketball is on the road at the ExtraMile Arena to close out the season series with Boise State on Saturday afternoon. Tip-off is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. PT/ 1:00 MT streaming on the Mountain West Network.Â
BULLDOG BONES
Fresno State and Boise State will meet for the 50th time in program history since their first meeting in November of 1984 and for the 18th time in Boise. Â Fresno State leads the all-time meetings in the series, 28-21. Boise State extends their series win streak to three after the last meeting in Fresno. Â Bulldogs saw their last win and road win in Feb. 2, 2022 (62-56).Â
The last time in Fresno, both teams played a tough game against one another. The Broncos would come out on top with a double-figure win, 60-50. Fresno State is 2-2 in the last four road contests against Boise State.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTÂ
Sophomore Mia Jacobs has earned her fifth double-double this season. Jacobs scored 19 points with 12 rebounds. Jacobs looks to close out the season on a high note, continuing her streak of scoring in double figures. Jacobs has seen eight straight games scoring in double-figures. Jacobs is the leading Bulldog with four games scoring 20 or more points.Â
