FRESNO, Calif.- Fresno State women's tennis team returns home to Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Complex to host the Broncos on Friday at 11 a.m PT. Before the 'Dogs set on their final road trip of the regular season to San Diego State on Sunday, Apr. 14.
BULLDOG BONES
- Fresno State is now 2-3 in conference play
- 'Dogs come back to Fresno after two road matches at Wyoming and Colorado
- Carolina Piferi earned her 15th singles win over the weekend
- Piferi was also the lone Bulldogs to grab points in both matches this weekend
- Fresno State will face Boise State for the 22nd time in program history and the seventh time in Fresno
- Bulldogs lead the all-time meetings against the Broncos, 17-4 and hold wins in six of the seven meetings in Fresno
- With just two weeks until the Mountain West Tournament begins, Fresno State sees themselves ranked ninth in the conference
- Bulldogs have two more matches remaining on the calendar this season, at San Diego State (Apr. 14) and against San Jose State (Apr. 18)
- 'Dogs will face their first ranked opponent at No. 60 San Diego, since early Feb (then No. 39 BYU)
- Fresno State will meet San Diego State for the 12th time in program history and the seventh time at the Aztec Tennis Center since 1999
- Bulldogs lead the all-time meetings between the Aztecs, 8-4 and have won seven of the last ten meetings
- Bulldogs return back home after a four match stretch on the road that began at UNLV in mid-March
- During that time on the road, 'Dogs saw one canceled match in Nevada due to inclement weather

- Broncos come into Fresno on single game losing streak after a loss to UNLV, 0-4
- Broncos sit one rank above the Bulldogs in the Mountain West, standing in eighth

- No. 84 Andjela Skrobonja & No. 98 Yasmine Kabbaj are the two Aztecs in the ITA's women's singles rankings this season
- SDSU's Yasmine Kabbaj was recently named MW Player of the Week (Apr. 10), for the second time this season
