'Dogs add two transfers to 2024-25 roster

FRESNO, Calif.- Fresno State women's tennis team announces the signing of two junior-transfers; Klara Vukicevic and Andjela Lopicic to the 2024-25 roster.Â
Vukicevic (Split, Croatia) is a transfer from the College of Charleston with two years of eligibility remaining, after spending her first two seasons representing the Cougars. The Croatian native appeared in two matches this past season, gathering a 2-0 record at singles play
posting a 6-5 record at doubles, primarily at the position No.3 for doubles. In her debut season, Vudkicevic appeared in one singles match against Oakland and held a 9-8 doubles record, with a 8-5 record with partner M. Jekauc.Â
Lopicic (Belgrade, Serbia) is a transfer from Marshall University, also with two years of eligibility remaining. The Serbian native held a 5-3 singles record last season playing in the No. 6 position and 2-0 doubles record at No. 3. In Lopicic's freshman season, she compiled a 13-14 singles record and a 5-7 record in doubles with 11 of her 13 singles victories coming in straight sets. Lopicic holds singles victories over opponents from Louisiana, South Alabama, Coastal Carolina, James Madison and a pair over Cincinnati and doubles victories against VCU, Cincinnati, Northern Illinois, DePaul and Georgia State.
