Nine earn GCC All-Academic honors

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State water polo team had nine members of its 2024 team named to the Golden Coast Conference All-Academic team this week.

Hailey Andress, Megan Cranley, Robyn Greenslade, Elisa Grim, Kaitlin Howarth, Paula Nieto Jasny, Brooke Ochoa, Abbey Simshauser and Ashley Williams earned the honors this season.

Howarth closes out her Bulldog career as a four-time GCC All-Academic choice. Nieto Jasny goes out with three honors in her career.

The team consists of members who carried a 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale), played in at least 50-percent of the team's contests in the 2024 campaign and be classified as a full-time student for all terms.
