Bulldogs fall to No. 4 Texas A&M

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The No. 6 Fresno State equestrian team fell 13-5 to No. 4 Texas A&M on Saturday morning. Four of Fresno State's losses were decided by a half-point score differential.

How it happened
The Bulldogs earned two wins in the flat and saw a tie by Sage Lindvall and a score of 74. Autumn Bradbury and Meagan Mejia picked up their points for the 'Dogs. Mejia earned her first collegiate point with a 80-76 score over her opponent. Bradbury earned her point with a 78-76 showing.

In horsemanship, the Bulldogs secured one point by Shelby Robinette with a 73.5-72 win.

The Aggies extended their lead with a 4-1 win in the fences. Paris Mahoney earned the lone Bulldog point with a 79-72 win.

The Bulldog reiners rode close with the Aggies as the first two points were Bulldog losses decided by half a point. Adrianna Runzo picked up the first Bulldog point with a half-point win, 71-70.5. Brogan Hill tied in her ride with a season-high 73. Abby Goddard lost her point by another half-point margin, 69.5-69.
