FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State equestrian team returns home to close out its fall slate hosting No. 5 Oklahoma State on Friday at the Student Horse Center. Admission and parking at the Student Horse Center are free of charge.

Horsemanship leads the way with three, reining and flat have two, and fences has one. The Bulldogs swept the MOP honors against No. 10 South Dakota State. The Bulldogs earned three of the four against No. 5 TCU, including a western sweep by Abby Goddard with the MOP in horsemanship and reining.

Rollin' into sophomore year
Second year Bulldog Paris Mahoney earned All-American honors as a true freshman and had high expectations coming into the 2025-26 season. Last year she was 10-4 in the flat and 8-6 in the fences. With four meets under her belt this season, the script has flipped some. The sophomore is undefeated in her fences rides, riding for a 4-0-0 record to start the season. However, in the flat, she is 1-3-0 with one MOP in her lone win.

Not great, not terrible
Adrianna Runzo has no losses in four rides this season, but only one win. In an oddly start to the year, Runzo has a 1-0-3 record this season. She began the year with three-straight ties to her opponents with scores of 69.5, 70.75, and 68. Her lone win came on the road at Texas A&M with a 70-69 point.

Keepin' it in the family
The current Bulldog roster has a handful of familiar names on it. Isabella Bertozzi enters her third season with the Bulldogs as the younger sister of former Bulldog standout Ana Bertozzi. Freshmen Lucia Nunes, Lilly Gilson and Addison Mathias are all following in the footsteps of their older sisters. Lucia, the younger sister of current Bulldog Mia Nunes, gets to share the experience with her sister for one year. Gilson is the younger sister of former Bulldog reiner Shea Gilson (2016-20) while Mathias is the younger sister of Grace Mathias who completed her final year of eligibility last season.
