Entz inks 20 in early signing period

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State football head coach Matt Entz signed 20 Bulldogs to the program on Wednesday, securing a large early signing period class. The class is made of 19 high schoolers and one junior college addition.Â
Notable
- Of the 20 signees, 12 are from California
- Fresno State signed six student-athletes from the Central Valley
- Of the 20 signees, 11 of them will be early enrolled – a program-most expected to join at the semester break
- Ten of the 11 expected early enrollees are high school enrollees
- Fresno State added the most signees on the defensive line with four. All four defensive line recruits are from outside the state of California
- Fresno State also added four defensive backs, including two Valley natives
- Fresno State signed just one junior college addition on Wednesday, long snapper Ethan Rossetti from Fresno City College (Buchanan HS)
