Diamond 'Dogs announce 2026 schedule

FRESNO, Calif. – The Diamond 'Dogs and head coach Ryan Overland announced the 2026 schedule on Thursday.
Fresno State will begin its 54-game regular season schedule at home on Friday, February 13, in a four-game series against Utah in the programs' first match-up since 2022.
Pete Beiden Field at Bob Bennett Stadium will be the venue for 13 teams this season, with 29 total home contests across seven series and seven midweek games.
Conference opponents Nevada (March 13-15), Grand Canyon (April 2-4), San Diego State (April 24-26) and UNLV (May 8-10) will visit Fresno in 2026 and the 'Dogs will hit the road to face New Mexico (March 27-29), Air Force (April 10-12), Washington State (May 1-3) and San Jose State (May 14-16).
In non-conference play, the 'Dogs will host Utah (February 13-16) and Pepperdine (February 20-23) for a four-game series at home to start the season. In addition, Fresno State will host San Jose State (April 17-18) for a pair of non-conference games at Pete Beiden Field at Bob Bennett Stadium. Fresno State will also travel to Stanford (February 27-March 1), Arizona (March 6-8) and Utah Tech (March 19-20) for series on the road.
Midweek match-ups at the Pete will include Sacramento State (March 3 & April 7), Cal Poly (March 10, March 31 & May 12), CSUN (March 17 & April 29), Long Beach State (March 23 & April 21), CSU Bakersfield (April 14 & May 5) and UC Davis (April 20).
The Mountain West Championship tournament will be held on May 22-25 at Sloan Park in Mesa, Arizona, for the second season.
