'Dogs wrap day one in Hawai'i

LAHAINA, Hawai'i – The Fresno State women's golf team sits in 15th place at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational after shooting a 9-over 297 on day one at the Kaapapali Golf Resort.
Vunnisa Vu led the way for the Bulldogs, posting an even-par 72 with four birdies, placing her inside the top 25 of the leaderboard in 24th place.
Berglind Erla Baldursdottir finished 2-over, Katelyn Lehigh shot 3-over, Amelia Garibaldi carded 4-over, and Ashley Tarkanian ended the day at 5-over.
