RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – The Fresno State women's golf team sits in seventh place after the second day of the 2025 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Women's Golf Championship. The Bulldogs shot a 21-over 309 in the second round and are 33-over for the tournament.
San José State moved into the lead at 8-over, followed by UNLV at 10-over. Nevada holds third place at 15-over. Colorado State (+18), New Mexico (+21), and Boise State (+23) sit in the middle of the pack. Fresno State (+33), San Diego State (+34), and Wyoming (+38) complete the leaderboard.
Katelyn Lehigh jumped five spots on the individual leaderboard after carding a 3-over 75 in the second round. She's now tied for seventh with an overall score of 4-over 148.
Vunnisa Vu sits just outside the top 10, tied for 11th at 5-over.
Motoko Shimoji stands at 13-over, while Amelia Garibaldi made a five-stroke improvement and is now at 14-over. Berglind Erla Baldursdottir rounds out the Fresno State lineup at 19-over.
