'Dogs close day one in Washington

UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash.- The Fresno State women's golf team concluded day one of the Leadership and Golf Invitational in 16th place, posting a score of 53-over at Chambers Bay Golf Course.
Amelia Garibaldi led the Bulldogs after two rounds, carding a 10-over and finishing in a tie for 52nd place.
Hyojeong Kang shot 12-over, Vunnisa Vu was 15-over, Lara Goerlich shot 16-over, and Sara Rampoldi finished the day at 21-over.Â
The final round of the tournament will begin tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. PT
