FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State swimming and diving team sets forth for Houston for the 2026 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Championships at the CRWC Natatorium. The four-day event opens Wednesday, Feb. 18, and wraps up Saturday, Feb. 21. Preliminary session will begin at 8:30 a.m. PT/ 10:30 a.m. CT with finals set to start at 4 p.m. PT/ 6 p.m. CT.Â

In the 2025 MW Championships, Fresno State earned a slew of firsts. Head coach Jeanne Fleck was named MW Swimming Coach of the Year, the first of her 18 seasons at the helm. Jenna Pulkkinen became the programs first-ever champion in the 100 breaststroke (59.19). The Fresno State breaststroke crew dominated the events with both Kalmar and Pulkkinen taking a podium spot in the 100 and 200 breaststroke.Â

- Mackenzie Miller Lung set the all-time record in the 100 breaststroke this season, that time puts her 1.22 seconds off the championships record set in Feb. 2021 by SDSU's Thormalm
- Miller Lung's 200 breaststroke time (2:07.78) puts her .70 behind WSU Lundgren's time set at last year's MWCÂ
- Jenna Pulkkinen looks to defend her title in the 100 breastrokeÂ
