Bulldogs head to Houston for Credit Union 1 MW Championships

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State swimming and diving team sets forth for Houston for the 2026 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Championships at the CRWC Natatorium. The four-day event opens Wednesday, Feb. 18, and wraps up Saturday, Feb. 21. Preliminary session will begin at 8:30 a.m. PT/ 10:30 a.m. CT with finals set to start at 4 p.m. PT/ 6 p.m. CT.

Mackenzie Miller Lung holds two individual records in the 100 breast (57.92) and 200 breast (2:07.78)
Fresno State set three new program relay records in the 400 medley, 200 free and 200 medley, all with the same relay team of Mackenzie Lung, Jenna Pulkkinen, Sienna Cheng Lucey and Hayley Oke. This relay team also holds the Aquatics Center record in the 200 medley relay (1:38.51)
Jenna Pulkkinen holds the program record in the 100 freestyle (49.70)
Ryley Clark holds the Aquatic Center record in the 200 backstroke (1:57.01)
Aliz Kalmar broke the first record of the season for an Aquatic Center record (2:10.01) in the 200 breaststroke

Last time in Houston
In the 2025 MW Championships, Fresno State earned a slew of firsts. Head coach Jeanne Fleck was named MW Swimming Coach of the Year, the first of her 18 seasons at the helm. Jenna Pulkkinen became the programs first-ever champion in the 100 breaststroke (59.19). The Fresno State breaststroke crew dominated the events with both Kalmar and Pulkkinen taking a podium spot in the 100 and 200 breaststroke.
