Andress earns fourth career All-American honor

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State senior attacker Hailey Andress earned honorable mention All-American honors, announced by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) on Thursday. Andress becomes the first Bulldog in program history to be a four-time All-American.

In 2026, Andress led the Bulldogs with 66 goals en route to becoming the program's all-time leading scorer. She scored at least once in every game this season, including a season-high six goals in the Bulldogs' win vs UC Santa Barbara. She had 20 multi-goal games with 12 hat tricks in 25 games. Andress also added 22 assists, 11 drawn exclusions and 17 steals on the season.

This season, Andress earned first team All-GCC honors as well as the fourth All-American recognition of her career. She was also a member of the GCC All-Tournament Team this season.

The ACWPC All-America award is a prestigious honor that recognizes athletes nationally and throughout all collegiate divisions. This award is presented to water polo athletes who exhibit immense talent in the pool, provide leadership, and have helped build and advance the sport. Recipients are selected by ACWPC member coaches.
