Fresno State lands four on Shriners Children’s 1,000 Watch List

FRESNO, Calif. - Four Fresno State football seniors were named to the Shriners Children's 1,000 Watch List on Monday. The preseason watch list by the East-West Shrine Bowl highlights the top 1,000 all-star game-eligible players by the organization.
Wide receiver Josiah Freeman, offensive lineman Rolan Fullwood and running back Rayshon Luke were selected on the offensive side of the ball. Defensive back Simeon Harris was the Bulldogs' lone defensive representative.
The Shrine Bowl 1000 serves as a look into the scouting process for the all-star game, as well as a preview of college players who are currently all-star game eligible for the 2027 East-West Shrine Bowl and 2027 NFL Draft class.
All four Bulldogs are game-changers for the program.
Freeman lands back on the preseason watch list for the second year in a row, having returned for the 2026 season after an extension of eligibility. He is coming off of the best season of his career as the team's leading receiver with 52 receptions for 642 yards and six touchdowns.
Fullwood is one of the longest tenured Bulldogs on the roster, entering his sixth season in a Fresno State uniform. A Bulldog since 2021, Fullwood didn't see much action until the 2025 season. He played primarily as a reserve lineman throughout his career, then earned a starting role at right tackle for 2025.
Luke joined the Bulldogs last season, and rushed for a team-high 702 yards on 112 carries with six touchdowns. He also had 36 receptions for 228 yards and two more touchdowns. Not only did he boast the offensive efforts, he was the Bulldogs' kickoff returner with 16 returns for 341 yards.
Like Luke, Harris came in last season and earned honorable mention all-conference honors. He was the team's second-leading tackler with 54 stops, but led the Mountain West and was seventh nationally with five interceptions.
The Bulldogs are a week out from fall camp, and open the season at USC on Friday, Sept. 4. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. PT on FOX. Tickets are available here.
