Dylan Cruz enters his third season as an offensive graduate assistant for the Bulldog football team. Cruz assists the offensive coaches in game preparation, film breakdown, scouting and practice plans. He also assists in coaching the Bulldog quarterbacks.
Cruz spent the 2012 and 2013 seasons as a student intern coach, assisting then-offensive coordinator Dave Schramm working with the quarterbacks.
He spent the 2011 season as a student assistant with the Bulldog football program.
Cruz is originally from Redlands, Calif. and was a three-time All-Citrus Belt selection as a fullback at Redlands East Valley High School. After high school, Cruz walked-on at Fresno State before an injury ended his career.
He graduated from Fresno State in the spring of 2014 with a degree in kinesiology.
