2017 (Freshman): Played in 44 games with seven starts ... played mostly in right field ... started six games in right field and one as the designated player ... hit .237 on the season with a .256 on-base percentage and .342 slugging percentage, mostly from the second spot in the lineup or as a pinch-hitter ... went 9-for-38, including a triple and two doubles, with four RBIs, 13 runs scored and a walk ... recorded 23 putouts and an assist without a fielding error ... had three hits against Texas Tech on Feb. 18 and two hits against Florida Gulf Coast on Feb. 16 ... notched a triple and two RBIs against Cal State Fullerton on Feb. 18 ... scored in four straight games as a pinch-runner from April 28-May 5 ... took a free pass against Boise State on March 24 ... scored two runs against New Mexico on May 5.
High School: Named an All-American by FloSoftball, Western Region, MaxPreps and Premier Girls Fastpitch ... Oakdale HS Offensive Player of the Year (2013,15-16) ... four-year varsity letterwinner ... earned All-State (2014, ’16), All-Valley Oak League (2013-16), All-District (2014-16) and Valley Oak League Most Valuable Player (2013, ’16) ... during her senior year, she led the league in batting average (.667), runs (40), stolen bases (25) and on-base percentage (.677) ... also recruited by Notre Dame, Pacific, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Northwestern, Washington and UC Riverside.
Personal: Parents are Paul and Mary Hackbarth ... has a brother, Adrian, and twin sister, Maddi, who also plays for the Bulldogs ... enjoys dancing, snowboarding, longboarding and ice skating ... favorite athlete is Jackie Robinson because he never gave up ... biggest athletic thrill was batting 6-for-7 in a 10-inning win ... most admires her mom because she inspires her and is a very strong and intelligent person ... chose Fresno State because it feels like home and the great softball program ... majoring in criminology.
