2025 (JUNIOR): Appeared in four games … scored two games on three shots against Fresno Pacific (Feb. 15) … also had three drawn exclusions against the Sunbirds … added an assist and two drawn exclusions against Concordia in the GCC quarterfinal game (April 25) … also had two field blocks on the year.
2024 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in five games… scored five goals with seven shots … totaled eight drawn exclusions… added one field block… season high of three goals against Santa Clara (April 20) … also had four drawn exclusions against Santa Clara.
2023 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in six games as a true freshman … scored two goals … scored goals against CMS (Feb. 19) and Santa Clara (April 22) … had three drawn exclusions on the year.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Elsinore High School in Widomar, Calif. ... earned League MVP and third team All-CIF honors ... scored 125 goals, 52 assists, 88 steals as a senior ... also competed in swimming earning MVP honors and All-CIF honors.
PERSONAL: parents are Ariyacob & Maria Tellez ... has three siblings, Yalissa, Jeremy & Albert ... brother, Jeremy played water polo and swam at Riverside City College ... enjoys hiking, swimming and cooking ... biggest athletic thrill was becoming a league champion with her sister ... chose Fresno State because she felt like Coach Benson can make her an extraordinary player and she is tough and that is what she needs to be an exemplary player.
