Men Tennis: Peter Luczak Named WAC Athlete of the Week

Fresno, Calif. - Sophomore Peter Luczak (Melbourne, Australia), a member of the Fresno State mens tennis team, was named Western Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week for the week of February 1-7, today.
For the week, the 40th-ranked Luczak went 2-0 at No. 1 singles, including an upset victory over 30th-ranked Gustavo Maraccio of Arizona State, 7-6, 1-6, 6-1. To finish the week, Luczak defeated Adnan Novo of Arizona, 7-5, 6-2.
