Reno, Nev. - The Fresno State volleyball team was looking for a rebound after dropping its first match of the season to Duke (3 games to none) last night in the Silver Legacy/Ray Wersching Invitational. The Bulldogs took on host Nevada but dropped the four-game match (17-15, 11-15, 8-15, 13-15) despite the performances of senior OH Anamie Buckelew (19 kills, 4 total blocks) and freshman MB Lindsay Closs who recorded her first career triple-double (13 kills, 11 digs, 10 total blocks). The first one on the season to notch a triple-double, Closs is the first Bulldog to post a triple-double since senior MB Adrienne Sankey notched one against San Jose State two years ago. Buckelew once again led the team in kills for the second straight time. Senior setter Diann Aufdermaur moved into second place all-time at Fresno State in career assists. With 44 assists in the match against Nevada, Aufdermaur now has 3,381 career assists. She surpasses Traci Sliester (1985-88) who posted 3,348. Fresno State
