FRESNO - Collegiate Baseball has recognized Fresno State's baseball team for their high attendance during the 2000 season. Fresno States 6,575 seat Pete Beiden Stadium is one of the premier college parks in the country. It has hosted eight NCAA Regionals since1979 and is home to some of college baseballs largest and most enthusiastic crowds. Fresno State is ranked by College Baseball in the top ten for total Home attendance (including 2000 post-season playoffs), regular season attendance and average home game attendance.
