FRESNO, Calif. - The No. 17 ranked Fresno State men's tennis team's match Friday afternoon against No. 1 Stanford was postponed due to rain. The match has been rescheduled for Sunday, Feb. 11 at 12 p.m in Palo Alto.
The Bulldogs (2-0) are fresh off a 5-2 victory at No. 22 California on Thursday. Peter Luczak, Sean Cooper, Alex Menichini and Alex Krohn all won their singles matches and Fresno State claimed the doubles point by winning two of the three doubles matches.
Fresno State is still scheduled to travel to Santa Clara on Saturday for a 1 p.m. match. The Bulldogs will then return to play the Cardinal on Sunday afternoon, weather permitting.
The Bulldogs announced yet another scheduling change Friday. The Feb. 18 home match against the Nevada Wolfpack will not be played on that date. Instead, the match will be rescheduled for April, with the exact date to be announced.
