FRESNO, Calif.- After completing the second round at the Alister MacKenzie Invitational, Fresno State 552 (275-277) is tied for first place with UCLA 552 (274-278).
Individually, senior Nick Watney (Dixon, Calif.) is in third with a score of 134 (67-67) with 8-under-par, freshman Ryan McDonald (Rocklin, Calif.) is tied for fourth with a score of 135 (66-69) junior Chad Spencer (Rocklin, Calif.) is tied for ninth with a score of 137 (68-69), sophomore Ryan Carter (Hacienda Heights, Calif.) is tied for 54th with a score of 146 (74-72), and sophomore George McKean is tied for 82nd with a score of 156 (78-78).
"Ryan McDonald was on fire the first round," said coach Watney
The invitational's final round is due to finish Oct. 15.
