FRESNO, Calif.- After the second round of the Aztec Intercollegiate Fresno State, 573 (286-287), is tied for seventh with Colorado State 573 (283-290). Out of the 17 teams competing, Fresno State is 14 stokes over the leader, University of Denver, 559 (277-282).
Individually, senior Nick Watney(Dixon, Calif.) is tied for fifth, 138 (69-69), with John Lepak of San Diego State, 138 (65-73), junior Chad Spencer (Rocklin, Calif.) is tied for 14th with a score of 141 (71-70), sophomore Ryan Carter(Hacienda Heights, Calif.) is tied for 42nd with a score of 146 (73-73), sophomore George McKean (Kingsburg, Calif.) is tied for 55th with a score of 149 (73-75), junior Jeremy Moreno (Visalia, Calif.) is tied for 59th with a score of 149 (77-72), and freshman Ryan McDonald is tied for 71st with a score of 150 (75-75).
The final round will be completed Tues., Oct 22.
