FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State football team will take a break from their spring drills to visit Children's Hospital Central California on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.
The Bulldogs will be leaving the Duncan Building parking lot, clad in their jerseys, with two busloads of players around 2 p.m. While at the hospital, the team will be signing autographs and visiting with the children.
"We are really looking forward to this opportunity," said head coach Pat Hill. "We often talk about how important this community is to our football program, and how much we appreciate what they give to us. This is a great chance for us to give back to them. Having the players interact with the children is always one of the highlights of the spring for all of us."
Fresno State concludes spring practice with the annual Spring Game on Friday at 4:30 p.m. at Bulldog Stadium.
