FRESNO, Calif. - With the kickoff to the 2004 season for the Bulldogs just four days away, the Fresno State Quarterback Club will be holding its first luncheon of the season on Thursday, Sept. 2, at noon at Pardini's Restaurant. Head football coach Pat Hill will be speaking at the luncheon, which is open to the public. The cost is $10 for Quarterback Club members and $20 for non-members. The luncheon is limited to the first 500 fans. "We are excited about the start of the season and hope that fans can come and join us for the Quarterback Club luncheons," said Athletics Director Scott Johnson. "It's a great opportunity for Bulldog fans to get together and join in with the coaching staff as we kick off the season." This week's luncheon is the first of six Quarterback Club luncheons to be held this season. The next luncheon is scheduled for Sept. 16, prior to the home opener against Portland State. Each of the remaining luncheons will be held before the remaining home games.
