FRESNO, Calif. - Senior Jakub Cech defeated Diego Camacho of Tulsa 7-6 (4), 6-3 Tuesday in a consolation match at the ITA All-American Qualifying rounds in Tulsa, Okla.

On Monday, Oct. 3, Cech lost in his first round match to Conor Pollock of Texas A&M. Cech was defeated in three sets, 7-6(4), 5-7, 7-6(4).

The tennis team will host its annual Bulldog Classic beginning Fri., Oct 7 to Sun., Oct. 9. The event will take place at Fresno State's Wathen Tennis Center. Admission is free. Stayed tuned to gobulldogs.com for information on the tournament's draw and results.
