FRESNO, Calif.- The event final of the men's mile run (college/open division) is currently being contested at the Save Mart Center, as the inaugural Run For The Dream indoor track meet comes to a close.
The meet is running approximately a half-hour behind schedule, but that has not dampered the spirits of the 5,806 fans in attendance. The crowd has been tremendous throughout the day since the meet began at 9 a.m.
About 30 minutes ago, former Bulldog standout Chris Berrian ran a world-best time in the 160-yard dash when he clocked in at 16.48.
That came on the heels of Josh Norman's impressive performance in the men's 55-meter dash invitational, when he crossed the line at 6.12.
Complete results will be available at the conclusion of the meet.
