Bulldogs Prepare For Final Non-Conference Road Game

Up Next For The Bulldogs: Fresno State wraps up its three-game road swing against Montana State in Bozeman, Mont. on Saturday at 6 p.m. (PST). The Bulldogs will face the Bobcats in a rare home-and-home series for the second time this season, this time at the Worthington Arena. Fresno State came away with an 80-41 victory on November 29 at the Save Mart Center in the first meeting between the two schools. The Bulldogs enter Saturday's game with a 7-1 record, while Montana State carries a 2-7 mark.
About the Bobcats: Montana State comes into Saturday's game with a 2-7 overall record, after suffering a 94-69 loss at Boise State on Wednesday. The Bulldogs beat the Bobcats 80-41 on November 29 at the Save Mart Center. Montana State has currently lost four straight games. The Bobcats are led by Nick Dissly, who is averaging 12.4 points per game. Carlos Taylor ranks second on the team, averaging 10.0 points per game and Ted Morris is averaging 9.4 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. As a team Montana State is allowing its opponents to score 73.2 points per game, while only scoring 59.7.
Winter White Out 2006: Fresno State is looking to "White Out" the Save Mart Center when the Bulldogs host Stanford Tuesday, December 19. Fresno State is asking all fans attending to wear white to the game. The Bulldogs would also like to sell out the Save Mart Center for the first time in its existence. Squatch Sighting: One of the premier NBA mascots, Squatch of the Seattle Sonics, will be making a special appearance at the Save Mart Center for one day only, when Fresno State hosts Creighton on Saturday, December 16 at 7 p.m. Squatch will be performing special pre-game and halftime stunts for the crowd and is one of the hottest mascot in the NBA.
Basketball to Visit Children's Hospital: The Fresno State men's and women's basketball teams will be visiting the Children's Hospital on December 12 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Players from both teams will be signing autographs and bring posters and schedules for all the children. This will be a great opportunity for the Fresno State basketball teams to share their experiences with the children.
