The following athletes have qualified for a berth at the 2006 NCAA West Regionals, scheduled for May 26-27 in Provo, Utah:
Ryan Moore ... 400-m hurdles ... 51.85 ... Cal-Nevada Champs.
- two-time NCAA Regional competitor ... two-time Academic All-WAC ... personal-best stands at 51.30, which he established last year ... WAC Athlete of the Week for Apr. 4 ... 400-m hurdles champion at Cal-Nevada Championships
Adam Andresen ... pole vault ... 16-6.75 (5.05) ... Mt. SAC dual
- 2004 NCAA Regional participant ... two-time Academic All-WAC ... his season-high mark of 16-6.75 (5.05) leads the Bulldog vaulters and also represents a personal-best ... placed sixth at Cal-Nevada Championships
D.J. Haynes ... discus ... 170-0 (51.83) ... Cal-Nevada Champs.
- making his NCAA Regional debut ... owns the team's top mark in the discus and ranks second in the shot put ... in 2005, was second on the squad in shot put and discus ... his qualifying mark is also a personal-best
Brian Vazquez ... hammer ... 191-3 (58.30) ... Cal-Nevada Champs.
- first NCAA Regionals appearance ... originally qualified for postseason when he threw a then-lifetime best 185-1 in a dual with Mt. San Antonio College, only to better that mark one week later at Cal-Nevada Championships
4x100-meter relay team ... 40.61 ... WAC Outdoor Championships
Alex Jones, Jesse Smith, Val-Pierre Dai'Re, Tomas Mundarain
- qualified for the postseason after winning gold at WAC Outdoor Championships ... a Bulldog 4x100-meter relay squad has qualified for NCAA Regionals for the second straight season
4x400-meter relay team ... 3:10.95 ... WAC Outdoor Championships
Kenny Moon, Juan Valdez, Darryl Miller, Ryan Moore
- qualified for the postseason after winning gold at WAC Outdoor Championships ... broke a 43-year-old stadium record with a time of 3:10.95

discus ... 161-8 (49.29) ... Cal-Nevada Champs.
- has qualified for NCAA Regionals in each of her first three seasons ... two-time Academic All-WAC ... owns the Bulldog's top mark in the shot put and ranks second in the discus ... has posted personal-best marks in three events this year
Zinzi Evans
800-meters ... 2:09.72 ... UC Davis dual meet
- making her second appearance at NCAA Regionals ... qualified as a freshman in 2004 and placed 14th in the prelims ... 2005 Academic All-WAC ... career-best stands at 2:08.93, which is also a Fresno State freshman record
Jamie Farley ... hammer ... 177-8 (54.16m) ... WAC Championships
- making her NCAA Regionals debut ... after being on the cusp on all season long, qualified for the postseason when she tossed a personal-best 177-8 (54.16m) to place seventh at WAC Outdoor Championships
Aspen Marshall ... shot put ... 48-0 (14.63) ... Modesto Relays
- qualified for NCAA Regionals in 2004- also in the shot put ... heads into the postseason having achieved a personal-best mark of 48-0 (14.63m) at the Modesto Relays ... took fourth at Cal-Nevada Championships in shot put
Katie Richardson

- two-time NCAA Regional competitor and third straight year in the discus ... 2005 Academic All-WAC ... ranked among top-three in all four field events ... has established personal-best marks in all four field events in 2006

- two-time NCAA Regional qualifier, after making the postseason last year ... season-high mark is also a personal-best ... fifth at Cal-Nevada Championships ... runner-up at 2005 WAC Outdoor Championships
Mallory Webb ... javelin ... 169-10 (51.76) ... Rafer Johnson/JJK
- making her third NCAA Regional appearance in as many seasons ... season-best throw of 169-10 (51.76) is also a personal-best ... only current All-American on the roster (2004) ... continues to threaten school record (172-8/52.62)
