Oregon Game Sold Out

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State's much-awaited game against nationally-ranked Oregon is officially sold out.
By 12:30 p.m. all of the general public tickets for the game had been sold. Approximately 500 Fresno State student tickets remain for sale. Student tickets are available at the Bulldog Ticket Office and at the USU Student Union.
Paul Ladwig, Fresno State's Associate Athletics Director, said that a limited number of standing room only tickets will be available for sale beginning Thursday morning at the Bulldog Ticket Office, on line at gobulldogs.com or via phone (559) 278-DOGS. The SRO tickets are $30 each.
The Bulldogs, who host the Ducks on Saturday at 7 p.m., are l-0 on the season after they beat defending WAC champion Nevada 28-19 last week. Oregon, ranked No. 20 in the national polls, opened its season with a 48-10 win over Pac-10 rival Stanford.
"We are very excited to have a sellout for this game" said Ladwig. "We expect the remaining student tickets to go pretty quickly. This is going to be a great game and having a sellout provides a great game day atmosphere for the student-athletes and our fans. The Red Wave is very excited about this game and we are pleased to have a sell out for a nationally televised game on ESPN2."
Fans can still purchase tickets, including mini-plans, for the remaining four home games via the web site at www.gobulldogs.com, at the Bulldog Ticket Office at the south entrance of Bulldog Stadium, or by calling (559) 278-DOGS.
"Autzen Stadium (Oregon's home field) is regarded as having the best college fans in the west," said head coach Pat Hill. "They have a great atmosphere there and great fans. But I think our fans are great and I know they are excited about this game. I'm sure they are looking forward to showing the Oregon team what great fans we have here in the Valley. We need our fans to be loud and proud."
