Wisconsin Game Nearly Sold Out

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State's game against No. 11 Wisconsin is reaching sellout status. As of this afternoon, nearly all public single game season for the game have been sold. At the end of business on Wednesday, approximately 250 public tickets remain for the game.
There are approximately 900 season tickets available in the Bulldog Foundation areas for sale. That includes the Red, Bench and Premium seating areas. All season tickets in the BDF areas require a donation.
The BDF will be selling memberships and season tickets over the next several days leading up to the Wisconsin game. These BDF packages are available online at gobulldogs.com or by contacting the Bulldog Foundation, (559) 278-7160.
Fresno State (1-0) is ranked No. 21 in both the USA Today/Coaches' Poll and the Associated Press polls this week. Wisconsin (1-0) is ranked No. 11 in both polls. The Badgers will be the first Big Ten team to come to Bulldog Stadium.
There are 1,900 Fresno State student season tickets available and student pick-up has been strong all week, according Director of Ticket Operations Russell Hayden.
"We are excited to have another sellout," said head coach Pat Hill. "I'd really like for the nation to see what kind of great fans we have here in the Valley. Our players have worked really hard this year and need great fan support as we take on a great Wisconsin team. It will be a great challenge for our football team. The game will have a lot of attention from the national media. It's what we've been waiting for."
The Fresno State-Wisconsin game is one of the premier games on Sept. 13. Others include the USC vs. Ohio State game and the Georgia vs. South Carolina contest. All three of those games feature both teams being ranked in the Top 25.
