Angel Named WAC Golfer of The Week

FRESNO,Calif - Fresno State's Todd Angel has been named the Western Athletic Conference Golfer of the Week for March 9-15.
Angel, a junior from Clovis, Calif. (Clovis HS), helped the Bulldogs finish in second place in the 20-team Fresno State Lexus Golf Classic last week. The field included five WAC schools. Angel tied for second place among all individuals with a two-under par 214 (69-73-72). He was just two strokes behind the leader.
This is the second time a Bulldog has received the award this year.
The other men's nomination was Utah State sophomore Tyson McFarland.
