FRESNO, Calif.- Women's golf packs up and heads back to Arizona for the third annual 2009 Wyoming Cow¬girl Classic. This event is hosted by the University of Wyoming at the par 72, 6,108 yard, Ocotillo Golf Resort on Mon., April 6 through Tues. April 7.
This is the first time the Bulldogs have competed in this tournament. The format will be 54-holes tournament (36 on Monday, April 6 and 18 holes on Tuesday, April 7). Each day will begin with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. The best four scores from each team's five players in each round will count toward the team score.
The 2009 field will include Wyoming, Eastern Washington, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Idaho State, Mc¬Neese State, Montana State, North Dakota State, Northern Arizona, Old Dominion, Portland State, Sacramento State, South Dakota State, Southern Utah, UC-Riverside, Montana, Northern Colorado, Portland, Weber State and Xavier.
The Bulldog lineup will be as follows: Taylor Siebert, Chelsea Czinski, Lindi Covarrubias, Louisa Lies and Hali Coppin.
