Freshman Competes in ITA Pre-Qualifying Singles

Marianne Jodoin defeated Virginia's Hana Tomljanovic in the first round of the ITA All American Championships Pre-Qualifying Singles Bracket, 7-6; 6-1.
Jodoin earned another victory after defeating UNLV's Aleksandra Josifoska, 6-0; 6-2.
This is Jodoin's first ITA All American tournament.
Jodoin will advance to the next round where she will take on freshman Pamela Montez from UCLA.
Jodoin made her collegiate debut, last weekend at the Cal Nike Invitational where she earned wins in the singles and doubles consolation brackets.
