Meet the Teams on Feb. 6

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State baseball and softball teams will hold their annual "Meet the Team" autograph session on Feb. 6 at the River Park Promenade. Softball will sign autographs from 1 - 2:30 p.m., followed by the baseball team from 4:30- 6:00 p.m.
The spirit squad and TimeOut will also be joining the Bulldogs. The first 250 fans at each session will receive a free autograph card of the 2010 Bulldogs.
The 2010 softball team is led by head coach Margie Wright in her 25th season at Fresno State. She is the NCAA's all-time winningest coach and the 2009 WAC Coach of the Year.
The defending WAC champions were once again picked to win the league title by the conference coaches and were also ranked No. 25 in the preseason NFCA Top 25 poll.
The season begins at Bulldog Diamond on Feb. 12 with a 6 p.m. doubleheader vs. Santa Clara.
The four-time WAC Champion baseball team kicked of the new season on Jan. 29 with the first day of practice. The annual alumni game will be held on Feb. 13 at Beiden Field starting at 2:05 p.m.
Collegiate Baseball released its Fabulous 40 preseason poll and Fresno State ranked 33rd with 417 votes. The Bulldogs are the only Western Athletic Conference school that made the top 40 team in the preseason poll.
Be at Pete Beiden Field for the first pitch of the 2010 season against Nebraska on Feb. 19 at 6:05 p.m.

"We Are Your Team" - The `Dogs begin the quest for their fifth consecutive WAC title and NCAA Tournament berth Friday, February 19, at 6 p.m. as they welcome the Nebraska Cornhuskers to Beiden Field.
