FRESNO, Calif. - The kickoff time for Fresno State's 2011 football season opener against Cal on Sept. 3 has been set for 4 p.m. and will be aired nationally on Comcast Sports Network California.
The TicketCity Battle by the Bay is a neutral-site contest with the Bulldogs facing the Golden Bears at Candlestick Park in San Francisco.
Fresno State's season opener is not part of the season-ticket package of games at Bulldog Stadium in 2011. Tickets still remain and prices range from $95 to $40. Fresno State Student tickets are only $35. Tickets are available through the Bulldog Ticket Office by calling 278-DOGS or visiting www.gobulldogs.com.
Be a part of the pre-game festivities hosted by the Fresno State Alumni Association. Tickets are available to the Bulldog Bash Tailgate, which cost $60 per person and begins at 12 p.m. in the North Entrance Pavilion of Candlestick Park. Contact the Alumni Association to purchase your tickets at 559-278-ALUM or visit www.fresnostatealumni.com. Availability is limited and tailgate prices increase on Aug. 8th.
Fresno State currently has four games on national television, Cal (CSN), Ole Miss (ESPN2), Boise State (ESPN) and San Diego State (CBS College Sports), and four games on the WAC Sports Network.
Season tickets for the Bulldogs' six home games are currently on sale, which includes Ole Miss, the first SEC opponent to visit Bulldog Stadium. For season ticket information, call 278-DOGS or click here.
