`Dogs Earn More USTFCCCA Honors

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State men's and women's track and field teams were named All-Academic Teams by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Earlier this month, senior Christina Cabias and junior J'Quyra Moncur-Blue were named to the 2011 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division I All-Academic Track and Field Team.
Across the conference, 10 Western Athletic Conference track and field teams, three men's and seven women's, were named as All-Academic Track and Field Teams in Division I for the 2011 seasons by the USTFCCCA.
A total of 90 men's teams and 164 women's teams earned the distinction as a result of a cumulative team grade-point average of 3.00 or better.
