Men's Tennis Hosts Tournament

FRESNO, Calif. -
Top schools journey to the Valley this weekend joining the Fresno State men's tennis team for the annual Bulldog Classic on Sept. 30-Oct. 2.
Players from Fresno State, Oregon, Southern California, San Francisco, Pacific, UC Davis, UC Berkeley, Nevada, Cal Poly, Sacramento State and Fresno City College are set to begin play at 9 a.m. at the Wathen Tennis Center on Friday.
On Saturday, the Bulldog Classic will be played at the Wathen Tennis Center until 12 p.m. and will move to Sierra Racket and Sports Club for continued tournament play.

Head coach Jay Udwadia is taking senior Remi Boutillier and sophomore Nick Papac to the ITA Men's All-American Championships taking place concurrently with the Bulldog Classic.
More than 300 players are expected to compete in the prestigious tournament in Tulsa, Okla. from Oct. 1-9.
The last 16 spots in singles and eight spots in doubles will be on the line when qualifying matches conclude on Wednesday, Oct. 5. On Thursday, main draw play gets underway as 64 singles players and 32 doubles teams vie for the titles.
Boutillier will represent Fresno State in the singles main draw and will team up with Papac in doubles for the pre-qualifier.
