Dugout Club Golf Tournament, Dinner Soon

FRESNO, Calif. - Bulldog fans still have an opportunity to RSVP for the Dugout Club events this week. Both the annual golf tournament and annual dinner occur on Friday, Feb. 10.
The country's largest collegiate baseball booster group, the Dugout Club holds the annual events to raise funds for the Fresno State baseball program. The organization also assists in upgrading Fresno State's baseball facilities and provides encouragement for Bulldog student-athletes and their families.
Golf Tournament
Eagle Springs Golf and Country Club plays host to the Dugout Club's 32nd Annual Golf Tournament. This is the kick off to the day's events. For $185, participants enjoy the course with a golf cart, receive a t-shirt, continental breakfast, on-course refreshments and hors d'oeuvres. Please see the schedule below.

The tournament also features prizes totaling over $5,000. This year, the first hole-in-one wins a 2012 GMC Acadia, donated by Kitahara Pontiac-Buick-GMC.
Past golf tournaments have been attended by former Bulldogs Doug Fister, Mark Gardner, Bobby Jones, Jeff Weaver, Tom Minor and Jason Wood, as well as more recent alums such as Tom Mendonca, Steve Susdorf and Danny Muno.

Double Play Dinner
The 25th Annual Double Play Dinner is being held at Clovis Veterans Memorial District, 808 4th Street, Clovis, Calif. 93612. During the event the 2011 squad will be recognized with team awards and the presentation of their Western Athletic Conference Championship rings, the newest members of the Wall of Fame will be inducted and the 2012 team will be introduced.
It begins with a no-host social and silent auction at 6 p.m. with dinner being served at 7:30 p.m. The event is $50 per person ($25 for children under 12) and will have open seating. Attendees can reserve seating by purchasing a table for eight. There is also an opportunity to sponsor a table at the dinner.

Fresno State opens at home against Butler on Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. Fans can purchase 2012 season and single game tickets online or by calling the Bulldog Ticket Office at 559-278-3647.
