'Dogs Sweep Long Jump at Stanford Invite

STANFORD, Calif. - The Fresno State track and field team had a stellar opening day at the Stanford Invitational as Je'Nia Sears and Devin Harrison each took first-place in the long jump, respectively.
Sears won the Stanford Invite with a 20'-1.75" (6.14m) jump, she now has back-to-back wins after setting a the Fresno State record last week at 20'-5.75".
Harrison registered a 24'-9.00" (7,54m) jump en route to his win, the jump ranks as the No. 4-ranked jump in the NCAA while also setting a personal record in his win at Stanford.
The Bulldogs wrap up the Stanford Invitational Saturday evening at approximately 4:30 p.m. following the men's 4x400-meter relay race.
