"We played a tough game against an organized team with a clear game plan," head coach Brian Zwaschka said. "Their plan worked on Friday and we were a bit naive in the first half knowing what we knew about them and not executing our plan better. Nevada was the first to get on the board, gaining an early lead over Fresno State with a goal from Madison Lorenzen in the seventh minute of the first half.
The `Dogs were quick to respond with a goal by senior Jaycee Bingham in the 16th minute, tying the game at 1-1. Just 48 seconds later the Wolf Pack followed with a goal giving Nevada the upper hand once again. Bingham's goal was assisted by freshman Fanny Johansson, marking her first assist this season for the Bulldogs.
Nevada was able to hold back the Bulldogs the remaining 29 minutes of the first half giving the Wolf Pack a 2-1 lead heading into the half.
The tying goal was assisted by Ariana Holmes and scored by Bingham again, in the 71st minute of the game sending Fresno State into overtime with the Wolf Pack. At the conclusion of Sunday's play, Bingham leads the `Dogs with eight goals this season.
Fresno State clinched the win in the 102nd minute with a goal made by Fanny Johansson as a result from a powerful overhead throw in from Holmes. In addition to Johansson's first assist, the game winning shot was the junior midfielders first goal of the season as well.

"We learned that concentration is vital in all moments," Zwaschka said. "We are pleased that those moments worked in our favor today. To come back from the deficit was not easy but we put the necessary pieces together and are happy with the weekend overall."
