Annual Dugout Club Festivities Set for Feb. 6

FRESNO, Calif.- The Dugout Club, the official Fresno State baseball sport club in association with the Bulldog Foundation, announced on Thursday that Bulldog fans are invited to attend its annual Double Play Dinner and Golf Classic on Friday, Feb. 6.
The booster group holds both events annually to raise funds for the Fresno State baseball program to assist in upgrades and provide encouragement for Bulldog student-athletes and their families.
Fans are also encouraged to attend the annual Alumni Game at Beiden Field that will pit the 2015 'Dogs against greats from years past the following day on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 2 p.m.. The exhibition game, which is free to the public, will cap off a fun filled kickoff weekend as the Diamond 'Dogs get set for their season opener versus UC Irvine at Beiden Field on Friday, Feb. 13.

For $195 per person, participants will enjoy 18-holes on the Eagle Springs golf course along with a golf cart, continental breakfast, on-course refreshments, hors d'oeuvres and over $5,000 in total team and individual prizes.
Also on the line will be a 2015 GMC Sierra that will go to the first person on the course to hit a hole-in-one thanks to Kitahara Pontiac-Buick-GMC.
Golf Classic Event Schedule
Continental Breakfast - 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Registration - 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Shot Gun Start - 9:30 a.m.
Awards/ hors d'oeuvres - 2:30 p.m.
Entry deadline for the Golf Classic is Jan. 30.

The evening begins with a no-host social and silent auction at 6 p.m. with dinner being served at 7:30 p.m. The voice of the Bulldogs, Paul Loeffler, will emcee the evening. During the event the 2014 team will be honored with select team awards, and the 2015 squad will be introduced.
The dinner is $50 per person ($25 for children under 12) and will have open seating. Attendees have the choice to reserve a table for eight for $400.
