Bulldog Fans Invited to Toss First Pitches

FRESNO, Calif. --- The Fresno State Baseball and Softball teams are looking for proud Bulldog fans living in the Central Valley community who deserve the honor of throwing out a First Pitch at games throughout the 2015 seasons.
Fresno State is asking the Red Wave to nominate someone they feel would enjoy and deserve this once in a lifetime opportunity by providing a brief reasoning on why the nominee should be selected. Submissions should also contain contact information for both the nominator and the nominee.
Fans are asked not to nominate anyone that is of high school age due to NCAA compliance and those submitted will be discarded without consideration.
Nominations for youth sport leagues will also be accepted during this time frame. If you know a youth sport league for any sport (Ages 12 years or younger) that would like to be more involved in a specific baseball or softball game can be nominated.
Nominations can be emailed to Allison Slater at aslater@csufresno.edu and must be submitted by Feb. 6, 2015.
